摘　　要：农化服务是连接配方制订、工业化生产和推广应用三大产业过程的桥梁,在复混(合)肥生产销售过程中具有重要的作用。对国内外肥料发展的现状进行了分析,初步阐述了中国农化服务发展现状。国内外肥料企业农化服务发展存在较大的差异,当前农化服务的主要内容包括三级培训网、基础研究试验网、推荐施肥示范网、专家服务网等网络的建设。提出了当前我国农化服务体系所存在的问题,并以中国-阿拉伯化肥有限公司农化服务体系为例,对农化服务的内容进行了详细的剖析,以期为这些问题的解决提供借鉴。Agro -chemical service is the bridge to link the processes of formula development, industrial production and application and dissemination, which plays an important role in the production and sale of compound fertilizer. In this paper, the development status of domestic and international fertilizer was analyzed, and the development status of agro - chemical service in China was elaborated, too. There were large differences between domestic and foreign fertilizer enterprises in agro - chemical service. The current agro - chemical services mainly included the three -tier training network,basic research and pilot network, recommended fertilization model network, network services, etc. Taking the successful operation process of compound fertilizer production in Sino - Arab Chemical Fertilizers Co. , Ltd. （SACF） as a case, the contents of agro - chemical services were analyzed detailedly, so as to solve the existing problems.
