摘 要:云南大姚某难选氧化铜矿,氧化率高、结合率高、钙镁含量高,含泥量大,且含有大量的纤硅铜矿,嵌布粒度极细。无论采用浮选法或湿法选铜都存在一定的难度。本试验研究从矿物学特征入手,查明该类矿石难选的原因,并选用具有针对性的氧化铜矿活化剂D2,制定较为合理的浮选流程,取得了较为满意的浮选指标,精矿铜品位达21.12%,回收率61.29%,伴生银也得到回收。The refractory copper oxide ore of Dayao is in Yunnan Province. The characteristics of the ore is high rate of oxidation, high rate of combined with other, high content of calcium and magnesium, contains a large quantity of mud, and contains a lot of plancheite which is fine-grained dissemination. Both treatment methods of flotation and chosen copper by hydrometallurgy has certain difficulty. This experiment starts with studying on the mineralogical characteristic, find out the reasons for difficult to separate of this class of ore, and selected activator D2, which aiming at copper oxide ore, make a more reasonable flotation process and obtain a more satisfactory indicators of flotation. The grade of copper concentrate reached 21.12%, the recovery of copper concentrate is 61.29%, accompanying silver also recovered.
