摘  要:选用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和木粉为主要原料,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯作界面增容剂,采用模压工艺制造木塑复合材料,同时加入不同抗氧剂,对不同木塑复合材料分别进行热氧老化实验,取不同老化时间段的样品置于自来水中常温浸泡,研究热氧老化对木塑复合材料吸水性能的影响。结果表明:热氧老化后的木塑复合材料吸水性能仍然遵循材料吸水过程的一般规律,即初始阶段吸水较快,之后将达到吸水平衡;但随着老化时间的延长,木塑复合材料吸水现象更加严重。不同的抗氧化剂对木塑复合材料的吸水性能存在不同的影响。High density polyethylene(HDPE) and wood-flour were used as raw materials, and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE) as compatibilizing agent, wood-plastic composites were produced by compression melding process,and different antioxidants were added into the composites during the production. The thermo-oxidative aging test was conducted on different composites, then the composites with different ageing time were immersed in water at room temperature, the effects of thermo-oxidative aging on the water absorption of different composites were studied. The results showed that the water uptake behaviors of the aged composites still abided by the general rule for that by other materials, i. e, the composites will absorb water quickly at the first stage, and then reach equilibrium; and mere water will be taken by the composites with the prolong of aging time. Effects of different antioxidants on the water uptake behaviors of the composites differ from one another.
