摘　　要：简述了五罗拉空心锭花式捻线机的机构组成、工作原理及特点,以及纺制各种特殊花式线的工艺设计。根据生产实践,介绍了圈圈线生产工艺实例,叙述了各种特殊花式线的工艺参数选择依据及其范围。进一步证明了五罗拉空心锭花式捻线机具有一定的市场前景,并提出了增强其市场竞争力的技术措施。This paper outlines a five -roller hollow spindle fancy twisting machine＇s structure, working principle and special features as well as its processing design in processing fancy threads. Based on production practices and taking the production of loop yarn as an example, various choices of processing parameters in processing fancy threads are also introduced. The five - roller hollow spindle fancy twisting machine with competitive technical measures is of a prosperous market.
