摘　　要：介绍了细纱机胶辊造成的机械波的原因和机理分析,包括胶辊缺油,后区胶辊牵伸状态不良,胶辊卡簧脱落,胶辊表面损伤等,对上述造成机械波的原因采取了控制措施后,能够控制机械波的产生,保证成纱质量。The canses and mechanism analysis of mechanical wave caused by spinning roller are introduced including lack of lubrication of the roller, roller spring dropped off and roller surface damaged. The counter measures to control them are given in this paper, which can avoid the causing of mechanical wave and guarantee the yarn quality.
