摘　　要：X射线荧光光谱分析法对高风险零部件快速的RoHS检测,使用这种"快速筛选"的方法有以下两点目的:一方面审核供应商提交的有毒有害物质符合性声明的准确性,另一方面也节约企业检测成本。In order to meet the requirements of RollS,the high-risk parts and components were quickly analyzed by the method of fluorescent X-ray spectrometry. There are two purposes by the use of this ＂quick screening＂ approach as follows： one is to audit the accuracy of the poisonous nature statement which our suppliers submitted;the other is to save the detection cost of our enterprise.
