摘 要:广州国际会展中心工程,采用大跨度双曲面钢屋盖吊装技术,根据现场施工条件,选择行走式塔吊作为主起重设备,并进行塔吊底座改造、塔吊轨道加固、设置专用运输台车,解决了构件二次运输的问题,并采用合理吊装技术,完成斜钢管柱与双向倾斜钢管桁架的空间定位,缩短施工周期,减少经费投入,规避施工风险。Large-span hyperboloid steel roof lifting technique is adopted in the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center project. According to the site construction conditions, walking tower crane is adopted as the main lifting equipment, and component secondary conveyance problem is solved through rebuilding the pedestal of tower crane, reinforcing the track of tower crane and setting special conveying platform. Reasonable lifting technique is adopted to realize space positioning of oblique steel pipe column and bidirectionally-oblique steel pipe truss. Construction period is shortened, construction cost is reduced and construction risks are avoided.
