多层商业建筑改扩建抗震加固设计

摘　　要：对主体结构已竣工的项目按业主要求增大营业面积,并按提高了抗震设计地震分组进行改扩建加固设计。对比加固前后结构构件强度、变形指标从结构体系整体概念进行加固改造,并提出了在工程加固实践运用中应遵循工序和原则。加固项目完工后获得业主好评。Abstract： Business area of the main body of completed project is enlarged according to the owner＇s requirements, and designs for rebuilding, extension and strengthening are carried out according to earthquake grouping of improved seismic design. Strengthening and rebuilding are carried out on the aspect of integral structural system according to the comparison between strength and deformation indtces before and after strengthening, and it is proposed that construction sequences and principles shall be observed in engineering strengthening practices. The strengthening project wins favorable appraises from the owner.
