摘  要:对20个分离自广西不同地方的杂交相思根瘤菌菌株进行温度、pH值、NaCl及抗生素的抗逆性研究。结果表明,65%的菌株能在39℃时生长良好;100%的菌株能在pH值5.0—9.0的条件下生长良好;所有菌株在2.0%浓度NaCl下均不能生长,有5个菌株在1.5%浓度下能生长。菌株对不同抗生素表现出不同的抗性,有16个菌株对Tc有抗性,仅有2个菌株对Km有抗性。不同的菌株对抗生素表现出不同的抗性,Z’2-7抗性最强,而L1-6、12—7、L3—2、S'3--6抗性最差。Twenty strains of Acacia rhizobium- isolated from A. mangium × A. auriculiformis plantation grown in the different areas in Guangxi Province were examined for tolerance to the stresses of temperature, pH, NaCl and intrinsic antibiotics resistance. The results showed that 65% of strains tested grew well at 39 ℃ and 20 strains grew well at the range of pH 5.0 - 9.0. All strains could not grow in the media contained 2.0% NaCl, but five strains could grow in the media contained 1.5% NaCl. For the intrinsic antibiotics resistance, sixteen strains of 20 were resistant to Tc, however only two strains were resistant to Km. The strain Z'2-7 was the greatest in resistance to intrinsic antibiotics, while the strain L1-6, L2-7, L3-2 and S'3-6 were the lowest.
