摘 要:对楸树体细胞胚胎诱导进行了研究。结果表明:外植体类型、无菌实生苗苗龄对楸树体细胞胚胎发生影响显著,以15天苗龄幼苗的子叶为最佳诱导材料,以1/2MS+6-BA 2.00 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L培养基为体胚发生的最佳培养基;楸树体细胞胚胎发生20天左右可发育成完整幼苗,在不含生长调节剂的1/2MS培养基上生长良好。Induction of somatic embryos (SE) in Catalpa bungei was studied in this paper. The results showed that the explants type and the age of sterile seedlings had significant effects on SE development in Catalpa bungei, the cotyledons of the 15 days' sterile seedlings were the best explants, 1/2MS + 6-BA 2.00 mg/L + NAA 0. 10 mg/L was the best medium to induced SE ; SE developed and they could developed to complete seedlings after 20 days. The seedlings could grew well on the medium of 1/2MS without growth regulator.
