摘　　要：针对水稳碎石基层施工中搅拌设备、摊铺设备和压实设备等主要机械的匹配问题,通过对摊铺设备工作装置作业特性的研究,对影响搅拌设备生产能力因素和压路机压实能力的分析,建立了搅拌设备生产能力计算模型、摊铺设备和压实设备数量确定计算公式,确定了设备之间合理的匹配关系。Aimed at the matching problem of major machines such as mixing plants used for the construction of cement stabilized macadam base. the calculation model pavers and compactors of production capacity of mixing plants and the formula to determine the amount of pavers and compactors are built by carrying out the study on operating characteristics of working device of pavers and the analysis on the factors which impact the production capacity of mixing plants as well as the compaction capability of rollers, and the reasonable matching relationship of equipment is determined.
