20%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂的配方研究

摘　　要：研制了一种环境友好型农药制剂——20%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂。按照水乳剂性能指标进行测试,筛选了一系列乳化剂、助剂;采用反相乳化法的加料顺序,用高速剪切乳化法配制水乳剂。结果显示,20%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂的最佳配方为高效氯氰菊酯原粉20%、复合溶剂2号10%、复合乳化剂8号8%、助剂6%、去离子水加至100%,用该配方所制备的20%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂各项指标均符合GB/T1603—2001。To develop a kind of environment friendly pesticide formulations-20% Beta-Cypermethrin EW. According to the performance index,a series of emulsifiers, additives were screened in the course of the research; adding material sequence of inversed phase emulsification and high speed shearing emulsification method were adopt to eonfect 20% Beta-Cypermethrin EW. The results showed that the best formula was composed by 20% Beta-Cypermethrin, 10% complex solvents 2% 8% complex emulsifiers 8#,6% additives, and 56%deionized water. Made by the above formulation, the indexes of the20% Beta-Cypermethrin EW were all up to grade of GB/T1603-2001.
