摘　　要：用实验分析方法对加工中心上加工凸轮工件的热变形作了研究,介绍了两种主轴热变形简易测量法,并对试验结果进行了评价,提出了几项改善措施。An investigation was made through experimental analysis on the thermal deformations taking place on the machining center as it was machining cam workpieces,and two simple methods to measure the thermal deformation of spindle were introduced. Moreover,after evaluating the experimental results,a number of measures for improvement were proposed.
