摘  要:某300 MW机组由于煤质变差导致浓相气力除灰系统无法正常运行,使除灰系统出力增加,除灰系统输灰的稳定性降低,除灰系统输灰用压缩空气的裕量减小,灰库背压提高,除灰系统的磨损加剧。对此,进行了分析并提出了相应的解决措施。Owing to worsening coal quality,the dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system of a 300 MW unit can't be in normal operation,making the output capacity of said ash conveying system to be increased,the transporting stability of said system to be decreased,the margin of compressed air used for transportation in the said system to be reduced,the back- pressure in ash bunker to be enhanced, and the wornout of the said system to be intensified. The above - mentioned problems have been ana- lysed ,and corresponding solving measures being put forward.
