摘 要:锅炉密封板焊缝处因受到管子自身的工作应力、叠加热膨胀系数不同造成的热应力以及管排晃动造成的附加拉应力等而容易萌生裂纹,而渗透探伤、磁粉探伤和磁记忆等检测方法均无法有效检测到裂纹,只能采用超声波检测。介绍了采用超声波检测时超声波探头的选择、操作方法、缺陷评定等。应用超声波检测可为密封板焊接处早期裂纹的诊断提供检测依据。The cracks are easily occurred on tube sections at weld joints of sealing plates in boilers due to the working stress of tube proper, the thermal stress resulted from different superimposed thermal expansion coefficients,and additional tension stress caused by sway of tube rows,and the said cracks can't be effectively detected by using other detection methods,such as liquid penetrition inspection, magnetic powder detection, and magnetic memory method etc. , and only the ultrasonic detection can be used for this purpose. The selection of ultrasonic probe,the operation method,and the evaluation of defects in ultrasonic detection have been presented. The ultrasonic detection can provide detection basis for diagnosis of early cracks occurred at weld joints of the sealing plates.
