摘　　要：动物性别的有效控制在畜牧业生产中具有广泛的用途,本文就性别控制的分子基础、有效方法加以综述,着重介结精子的流式细胞分离技术和动物早期胚胎的性别鉴定以及通过环境控制影响动物性别方面的研究进展。The sex control technology is widely used in animal husbandry production. In this paper ,the molecular basis and effectiue ways of sex control were reviewed ,it focused on flow cytometry sperm separation technology and preimplatation embryos identified. by PCR , and the impact of environmental factor on animal sex control
