四川省绵竹市抗震救灾防病运行机制对其灾后防病的作用和影响

摘　　要：绵竹市灾后防病工作采用行政管理与技术专家相结合的集中统一指挥模式,以科学的技术防控为先导,有效的行政管理为手段,统一部署、统一协调、统一行动,使灾后防病工作科学、规范、有序,既节省了大量的人力、物力、财力,又确保了灾区各种传染病比上年同期下降。建立起了科学、高效的灾后疫病防控运行机制。Objective Adopted centralized and unified command model in conbined excutive administrator with technic experts, guided by scientific technique for disease prevention, controled by effective excutive administration, unified arrengement, unified co-ordination, unified conduction to whole county on diseases prevention after earthquake. The disease prevention after earthquake in Mianzhu went on scientifically, normally and orderly, this not only saved a lot of man resourse, materials and money but also assured that the infectious diseases in disaster areas droped down compared with same period of last year. The diseases prevention model set up in Mianzhu county after earthquake is scentific and effective.
