摘　　要：将现代物流发展中的新技术以及物流集散中心规划的理论,应用于邮政物流集散中心的规划,以某省级物流集散中心为例,运用流程程序图、活动关系图、活动相关线图等工具,提出了流程和布局设计,改善了其自动化和规范化,有助于提高处理中心的有序管理,从而提高处理能力。In the paper, new technologies of modem logistics and the theory of distribution center layout are applied in the planning of postal distribution centers, illustrated here with an empirical study on a certain distribution center of provincial logistics. Process flowchart, activity relationship chart, activity correlation line-chart and other means are utilized in designing the operation process and spatial layout of the distribution center with favorable results.
