摘　　要：通过分析目前我国物流人才的需求状况,结合国内外物流专业的教育现状,提出适合我国的物流人才培养模式及以市场需求为导向的教学改革建议。The paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for logistics talents in China, then, together with an introduction of the professional logistics education both at home and abroad, proposes a training mode of logistics professionals which fits the conditions of China and provides suggestions on the reform toward the market-oriented teaching mode.
