摘　　要：针对容积式气体流量计使用非整回转数测量时存在重复性差、周期偏差明显、难以保证测量精度等特点,提出了一种基于最小测量体积准则的使用方法。详细给出了湿式气体流量计的具体结构以及测量原理,并分析了其示值误差特性和回转误差特性。试验结果表明,相同准确度等级的仪表,其回转误差优劣相差很大,因此,必须提供仪表最大回转误差,以确保所有测量误差处在限定范围之内。The volumetric gas flowmeters feature poor repeatability and big cycling deviation in measurement using non-integer of rotation, so the measurement accuracy cannot be ensured. Thus the method based on minimum measuring volume criteria is proposed. The specific structure and measuring principle of the wet type gas flowmeter are given in detail; and the characteristics of indication error and cycling error are analyzed. The test result shows that the instruments at the same accuracy grade provide different cycling error, so it is necessary to provide maximum cycling error to guarantee all of the measurement errors within the limited range.
