2006-2007年沈阳市社区卫生服务站财务收入状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市2006-2007年上半年社区卫生服务站财务收入情况。方法在沈阳市6个区全部148个社区卫生服务站进行问卷调查。结果2006年,沈阳市平均每个社区卫生服务站总收入为17.48万元,2007年上半年为10.09万元;2006年沈阳市平均每个社区卫生服务站门诊总收入为14.14万元,占总收入的80.90%,2007年上半年为7.96万元,占总收入的78.95%;2006年沈阳市平均每个社区卫生服务站财政补助为2.15万元,平均每个社区卫生服务站财政补助占总收入的比例为12.32%;2007年上半年为1.46万元,所占比例为14.45%。结论沈阳市社区卫生服务站总收入较低,沈阳市政府2007年加大了对社区卫生服务财政补助的力度。Objective To learn about the revenue of the community health service stations in Shenyang during 2006-2007. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted in 148 community health service stations of all 6 districts in Shenyang. Results In 2006, the overall average annual income of the stations was 174. 8 thousand yuan, which was much lower than the national mean value. In the first half of 2007, the overall average income of every stations was 100. 9 thousand yuan, which was much lower than the national mean value; In 2006, the average annual income of clinic service in the stations was 141.4 thousand yuan, accounting for 80.90% of the total income and in the first half of 2007, the average annual income of clinic service in the stations was 79. 6 thousand yuan, accounting for 78.95% of the total income, which were lower than the na- tional mean value. In 2006, the average annual financial subsidy of the stations was 21.5 thousand yuan, which was lower than the national mean value, the subsidy income accounted for 12. 32% of the total income, which was higher than the national mean value. In the first half of 2007, the average annual financial subsidy of the stations was 14.6 thousand yuan, which was lower than the national mean value , the subsidy income accounted for 14. 45% of the total income, which was higher than the national mean value. Conclusion The overall income of the health service stations in Shenyang was lower than the national mean value. The government had increased the investment to the community health service in 2007.
