摘 要:[目的]调查中学教师群体使用电脑情况及颈椎健康状况,分析使用电脑因素对颈椎发病的影响。[方法]编制《电脑使用者颈椎健康状况调查表》,对山东省某中学424名教师进行问卷调查,收集相关使用电脑及颈椎健康状况信息。将所有资料输入计算机以SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析,涉及多元Logistic回归分析、χ2检验、t检验及非参数相关分析。[结果]本次调查人群74.5%使用电脑频率≥4次/周,日均使用时间为(2.46±1.73)h,且男性在使用频率(P=0.000)和使用年限(P﹤0.05)上均明显高于女性,日均使用时间30岁以下年龄段明显高于30岁以上年龄段(P﹤0.05);颈椎病患病率为61.8%;单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、婚否、使用电脑频率、其余端坐时间、锻炼因素在颈椎病组与非颈椎病组差异有统计学意义;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、婚否、使用电脑年限、日均使用时间、其余端坐时间为颈椎病致病的危险因素;非参数相关分析结果显示,婚否、使用电脑频率、使用电脑年限、日均使用时间与颈椎病具有相关性。[结论]中学教师是电脑使用群体,也是颈椎病高发人群,使用电脑频率、使用电脑年限、日均使用时间为颈椎病致病的电脑危险因素,并有显著意义。合理安排工作时间,设计并安装相关软件以提醒休息、控制电脑使用时间,是电脑使用者预防颈椎病的有效措施。[Objective] To investigate the status of computer use and assess the prevalence of cervical spondylosis in some middle school teachers,to analyse the risk factors of using computer.[Methods] A questionnaire survey for epidemiological information of computer use and cervical spondylosiswas carried out in 424 cases of middle school teachers.The software SPSS 11.5 statistically analysed the data.Risk factors related to cervical-lumbar spondylosis were studied by Logistic regression analysis,χ2 test and t test.Correlation between computer factors and cervical spondylosis were studied by spearman correlation analysis.[Results] The prevalence of using computer frequency more than 4 times per week was 74.5%,equal daily time of using computer was(2.46±1.73) hours,and χ2 test and t test showed that there were significant differences between men and women in use frequency and use time,so was age under 30 and more than 30 in equal daily time of using computer.The prevalence of cervical spondylosi...更多s was 61.8%.Single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences between patients team and non patients team among sex,age,marriage,frequency of using computer,other sitting time and physical exercise factors.Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors related to cervical spondylosis were sex,marriage,total year time of using computer,equal daily time of using computer,other sitting time,there was significant difference among these.Spearman correlation analysis showed that factors including marriage,frequency of using computer,total year time of using computer and equal daily time of using computer had relations with cervical spondylosis.[Conclusion] Middle school teachers often use computers and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis in them is higher than that of general population.Risk computer factors related to cervical spondylosis are frequency,total year time and equal daily time,among which there are significant differences.According to the actual condition of work unit,preventive m
