摘 要:[目的]分析石家庄市2001~2007年麻疹发病的流行病学特征,为预防控制麻疹流行提供参考依据。[方法]以2001~2007年来源于"全国传染病疫情信息网络直报系统"的麻疹疫情为资料,分析麻疹的人群、地区、时间分布特征。[结果]①2001~2007年石家庄市麻疹发病主要集中在0岁~组和5岁~组,其中以0岁~组最多,平均占48.5%,其次是5岁~组,平均占15.3%,10岁~组,平均占10.5%,各组存在差异(χ2合计=4402.987,P=0.000);麻疹发病除2002年外其余各年份麻疹发病均男性多于女性(χ2合计=136.651,P=0.000);麻疹发病的职业分布特征以散居儿童和学生发病居多(χ2合计=3910.498,P=0.000)。②石家庄市2001~2007年县区麻疹发病明显高于市区(χ2合计=653.788,P=0.000)。③石家庄市2001~2007年麻疹发病均存在明显的季节性,麻疹全年均有发病,11月份开始发病人数逐渐增多,至次年4~5月份达高峰,6月份以后开始下降,8~10月发病最低(χ2合计=3164.814,P=0.000);2001~2007年麻疹发病存在明显的上升趋势。[结论]近年来石家庄市麻疹发病有升高趋势,发病人群主要集中在10岁~以下,以散居儿童和学生多见,男性多于女性,农村高于城市,季节高峰在每年的4~5月份。[Objective] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Shijiazhuang city from 2001 to 2007,so as to provide scientific basis for measles control and prevention.[Methods] The measles incidence data were derived from China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention.The data about the time distribution,region and population of measles were analyzed.[Results] ① The cases of measles were mainly concentrated in 0-year old and 5-year old population from 2001 to 2007,and the constituent ratio was 48.5% in 0-year old,15.3% in 5-year old,and 10.5% in 10-year old(χ2 = 4 402.987,P = 0.000).The incidence of cases in male was more than that in female in recent years except 2002(χ2 = 136.651,P = 0.000).The cases of measles were concentrated in children and students from scattered locality(χ2 = 3 910.498,P = 0.000).② The incidence rate of measles in county was higher than that in urban from 2001 to 2007(χ2 = 653.788,P = 0.000).③ The measles incidence had obvious seasonality in Shijiazhuang city from 2001-2007.Measles might occur in each month all the year,which gradually increased from November,and arrived the peak in April and May,but gradually decreased from June.The case number was at lower level from August to October(χ2 = 3 164.814,P = 0.000).The measles incidence had a significant increasing trend from 2001 to 2007.[Conclusion] There is an obvious increasing trend of measles incidence,which is concentrated in the population less than 10 years old,children and students in scattered locality,male,in county,and has obvious seasonality in April and May.
