四川省大骨节病病区健康教育及效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解四川省大骨节病病区大骨节病健康教育现状、需求以及采取健康干预措施及效果评价。[方法]在28个大骨节病病区县开展大骨节病健康教育基线调查,然后通过确定大骨节病防治知识核心信息并以传单、画册、影像为载体,经过媒体、专业咨询、学校授课、学生向家长宣传等活动广泛传播,根据目标人群对大骨节病防治知识知晓率的变化情况进行效果评价。[结果]全省观察的3870名学生大骨节病防治知识知晓率由干预前的37.6%提高到79.4%,2060名育龄妇女的知晓率由33.5%提高到76.3%,各病区县县城相关单位1045名机关干部的知晓率达到90%以上。[结论]多种形式的健康教育活动可以有效提高病区人群大骨节病防治知识的知晓程度,提高其自我保护能力。[Objective] To understand the condition of Kashin-Beck disease health education,demand as well as the effect of health interventions and effectiveness evaluation in Sichuan Kashin-Beck disease areas.[Methods] Carried out baseline survey of health education in 28 Kashin-Beck disease counties,identified the core information of Kashin-Beck disease prevention and control knowledge,popularized through taking leaflets,pictures,images as the carrier,broadcasted these core information through the media,professional counseling,school teaching,student-parent model teaching and other activities.Evaluated the effect according to the awareness of Kashin-Beck disease prevention and control knowledge.[Results] In 3 870 students,the awareness of Kashin-Beck disease prevention and control knowledge rose to 79.4% from 37.6% before intervention.In 2 060 women at childbearing age,it rose to 76.3% from 33.5% before intervention.In 1 045 government cadres,it rose to 90% and above.[Conclusion] Various forms of health education programs could effectively increase the awareness of KashinBeck disease prevention and control knowledge of population in epidemic areas and enhance their ability on self-protection.
