某中型旅游城市流动人口艾滋病KAP现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解某中型旅游城市(自贡市)流动人口艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状及影响因素。[方法]对自贡市204名流动人口进行问卷调查,通过多因素Logistic回归分析艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素。[结果]该市流动人口艾滋病知识知晓率为59.8%,对非传播途径缺乏了解;对周围感染了艾滋病的同事或朋友的态度主要是同意其留下,但尽量避免与其接触占33.2%;11.8%的流动人口发生过商业性行为;7.4%的流动人口发生过临时性行为;获得艾滋病知识的主要途径是电视(77.5%)、宣传栏广告栏(36.3%)等大众媒体。艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素为职业、文化程度、月收入;配偶不在同一地打工的比配偶在同一地打工的商业性行为发生率高(χ2=7.608,P﹤0.05);男性比女性临时性行为发生率高(χ2=4.952,P﹤0.05)。[结论]该市流动人口对艾滋病知识缺乏了解,存在对艾滋病人的歧视态度和感染艾滋病的高危性行为。需要进一步加强对当地流动人口的艾滋病综合干预。[Objective] To realize AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior among migrant people in some middle-scaled tourism city（Zigong） and discuss the influential factors.[Methods] The data were collected from 204 migrant people in Da＇an district of Zigong by questionnaire interview.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to explore the influential factors about the rate of being known AIDS-related knowledge.[Results] The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 59.8%,the rate of correct answer about non-transmission routes was low;the main attitude towards colleagues or friends with AIDS was to keep a distance with them;11.8% had commercial sex behavior;7.4% had casual sex behavior.Most migrant people got AIDS-related knowledge from media such as TV.Multiple Logistic regression analysis revealed that the factors affecting the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge were occupation,education and income per month;those migrant people who hadn＇t lived with their spouses had more commercial sex behavior than those who lived with their spouses;male migrant people had more casual sex behavior than the females.[Conclusion] Migrant people are lack of AIDS knowledge and show discrimination towards the people with AIDS and most of them do not practice safe sex.More education and intervention should be reinforced for them.
