摘　　要：[目的]了解郑州市病原微生物实验室生物安全管理现状,加强病原微生物实验室生物安全管理,提高实验室生物安全管理水平和能力。[方法]采用抽样调查的方式,依据调查表对郑州市20个医疗卫生机构的病原微生物实验室进行了监督检查,并对结果进行了分析。[结果]生物安全管理体系文件不够完善;生物安全管理制度不够健全;人员生物安全知识培训没有做到制度化;设施、布局及相关配置方面不够科学和规范。[结论]应加强实验室生物安全管理体系建设和实验室生物安全基础条件建设,加大实验室工作人员的培训力度,增强防护意识,进一步规范病原微生物实验活动,确保实验室生物安全。[Objective] To survey the situation of the microbiological laboratories in Zhengzhou city to intensify the management and improve the level and ability of the biosafety management.[Methods] A survey according to the questionnaire was conducted among 20 health-care institutions in Zhengzhou by sampling.[Results] The biosafety management document system and the rules were imperfect,the training about the biosafety knowledge of the laboratory did not become institutionalized,the facility,distribution and equipment were not standard.[Conclusion] To ensure the biosafety of the microbiological laboratory,we should establish the perfect biosafety management system,strengthen infrastructure,improve the training of specialists so as to enhance their realization level of personal protection,and continually standardize the operating activities in laboratory.
