乐山市传染病自动预警信息系统的试运行情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解传染病自动预警信息系统在该市的试运行情况。[方法]对预警系统中的数据和信息进行描述性分析。[结果]2008年该市预警系统共发出789条预警信号,其中3条被判定为疑似事件;对预警信号的响应时间平均为6h。[结论]改善传染病的报告质量,优化预警系统中预警参数的设置,能使预警系统在基层传染病预警工作中发挥更大的作用。[Objective] To understand the trial operation relating to the automatic early-warning information system of infectious disease in Leshan city.[Methods] The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis.[Results] There were 789 pieces of warning signals,including 3 pieces of them were regarded as suspected events.The average response time of warning signals was 6 hours.[Conclusion] Improving the reporting quality of infectious disease and optimizing the selection about threshold of warning will be more useful for the application of the automatic early-warning information system of infectious disease.
