摘 要:[目的]探讨新疆南部维吾尔族泌尿系结石患者结石成分与代谢异常的关系。[方法]分析480例尿结石患者结石成分及其中350例24h尿分析,并将二者结合初步探讨代谢关系。[结果]草酸钙结石379例(78.9%),感染性结石12例(2.5%),尿酸结石52例(10.8%),磷酸盐结石30例(6.3%),胱氨酸结石7例(1.5%)。350例24h尿分析结果患者中代谢异常255例(72.9%),其中高钙尿症79例(22.6%),高尿酸尿症123例(35.1%),高草酸尿症85例(24.3%),高尿磷140例(40.0%),低枸橼酸尿症231例(66.0%),低尿镁症117例(33.4%),24h尿量﹤2000ml者142例(40.6%),高胱氨酸尿症4例(1.1%)。[结论]结石与多种代谢异常关系密切;确定结石成分及患者的代谢评价对泌尿系结石的成因、治疗和预防有重要的临床意义。[Objective] To study the correlation between chemical composition of urinary stones and metabolic disturbance in Uigur nationality in south Xinjiang.[Methods] 480 patients were detected for the chemical composition of urinary stones and 24h urine was analyzed for 350 of them.And studied their correlation with metabolism.[Results] Calcium oxalate stones were found in 379 cases(78.9%),infective stones in 12 cases(2.5%),urate stones in 52 cases(10.8%),phosphate stones in 30 cases(6.3%) and cystine stones in 7 cases(1.5%).Metabolic disturbance was found in 255(72.9%) of 350 patients of 24h urine analysis results.Among the 350 patients,hypercalciuria occurred in 79 cases(22.6%),hyperuricosuria in 123 cases(35.1%),hyperoxluria in 85 cases(24.3%),hyperphophauria in 140 cases(40.0%),hypocitraturia in 231 cases(66.0%),hypomagnesiuria in 117 cases(33.4%),24h urine volume﹤2 000 ml in 142 cases(40.6%),and cystinuria in 4 cases(1.1%).[Conclusion] Urinary stone recurrence is closely related with more than one kind of metabolic disturbances.Stone composition analysis and metabolic evaluation are very important in finding the causes and in treating and preventing urinary stones.
