河蟹精子膜蛋白的生化特性

摘　　要：利用含1% TritonX-100和0.1%SDS的提取缓冲液提取河蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)精子膜蛋白。对所得的精子膜蛋白溶液进行SDS-PAGE电泳分析。结果显示,河蟹的精子含有12种不同的膜蛋白组分。对这些精子膜蛋白组分的生化特性进行分析,结果表明,河蟹精子膜蛋白是1组呈酸性的低分子量糖蛋白,分子量为21.6～75.5kD,等电点在4.8左右。Sperm membrane proteins of Eriocheir sinensis are extracted with extraction buffer containing 1% TritonX-100 and 0.1% SDS. Then the proteins were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Results show the sperm membrane proteins of E. sinensis include 12 different kinds of proteins. Biochemical characteristics of these sperm membrane proteins are analyzed, and the resuhs show that their molecular weights are between 21.6 kD and 75.5 kD, and the isoelectric points （PI） are about 4.8, which indicates the sperm membrane proteins of E. sinensis are a set of acid glycoproteins with low molecular weights.
