摘　　要：目的通过医院手术器械灭菌包装器具的使用现状调查,分析各医院应如何配置合适的手术器械灭菌包装器具。方法根据卫生部《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》的相关要求,在重庆市抽取27家三级甲等和二级甲等医院,对其使用的手术器械灭菌包装器具的类型和所占比例进行统计。结果27家医院使用合格灭菌包装器具的平均使用率仅为17.0%,并且所有医院配置灭菌包装器具的数量都未达到"规范"要求,在将来增配时多数医院都首选有孔型灭菌打包盘。结论灭菌包装器具对手术器械的灭菌质量有直接影响,需要按规定合理配置和使用灭菌包装器具。Objective To optimize configuration of the sterilize packing tool for surgical instruments, through investigating the present status of sterilize packing tool for surgical instruments. Methods According to the administration nile of central sterile supply department issued by the ministry of public health, the present status and demand of 27 hospitals were investigated and analyzed in Chongqing. Results The average rate of using valid sterilize packing tool was only 17.0 % in 27 hospitals, and the number was not enough to match with the rules. In addition, the opening sterilize pack dish was the first demand. Conduslons Sterilize packing tool is benefit to the quality of surgical instruments, and equipping properly obey the rules is necessary.
