摘 要:系统分析了开发中后期高含水油田集输管线腐蚀结垢的原因,是高液量、高矿化度、高含砂量、富含成垢离子、异型水混输、输液介质及压力温度变化等.采用非金属管线替代普通钢管线、一站双线流程、异水型水分输、旧管线修复内衬防腐、大站分水、酸洗清垢、化学防垢等综合配套技术,使管线腐蚀结垢状况得到较大改善,提高了集油管线的有效使用周期.Due to the increasingly severe problems caused by corrosion and scaleing, the gathering and transporting lines in high water containing oilfield encounter troubles of relatively short usage period and high frequent replacement. Therefore, the main influencing factors related with corrosion and scaling were systematically analyzed. These factors mainly include high liquid production, high ion concentration, high sand content, plentiful scaling ions, various water-types mixing, and unstable pressure and temperature in gathering pipelines or mid-stations and pumps. Corresponding preventive measures are also put forward, these preventive measures mainly include replacing steel pipelines with non-metallic ones, addopting double pipelines in one station, transporting different type water through different way, renewing inner liner of old pipeline to resist corrosion, discharging branch from main station, removing scale pickling and using chemicals to prevent scaling and so on. Thereafter, the situation of severe corrosion and scaling has been greatly improved by using above-mentioned measures. Also, application period of pipeline has been prolonged, and obvious economic and social benefit have also been achieved.
