摘　　要：网络宽带化发展迅速,语音、数据和视频的"三网合一"将逐渐实现,然而作为与我们日常生活最密切的电话,也将由传统电路交换转变为分组交换,对直接用于因特网通话良好的IP电话机的需求是十分的迫切。文章提出一种采用AR1688的简洁的IP电话机解决方案,此方法既直接接入到因特网,通话质量又能满足IP电话机的规范要求;阐述了采用AR1688的IP电话机的硬件原理与硬件电路的设计方法;介绍了采用AR1688的IP电话机的软件设计方案;通过对设计的IP电话机进行相关的测试,表明所提出的方案能在因特网运行良好。By broadband networks developed rapidly, voice, data and video are inosculated gradually, then voice transmission by that we are often in contact with other people will be transformed from tradition circuit exchange to packet exchange, therefore it is impendent to require for IP telephones that are able to used in Internet. The paper puts forward a portable design scheme of IP telephone on AR1688, Which not only used directly in Internet, but also its QoS accorded with correlative criterion. How to design and implement the hardware circuit and hardware theory of IP telephone On AR1688 was described. Software project of IP telephone is introduced. Performance testing result of telephone interface indicated that the design run all right on traditional Internet.
