摘  要:选择10日龄鹌鹑300只(公母各半),随机分成5组,每组60只(公母各30只),以功率为15 W的中波紫外灯为紫外线光源,以每天连续照射1,2,4,6 h(紫外线照射剂量分别为1.4,2.8,5.6,8.4μW.h/cm2)的鹌鹑为试验组,未接受紫外线照射的鹌鹑为对照组,试验期为4周。系统地分析了不同紫外线照射剂量下鹌鹑的体重及增重。结果表明,接受紫外线照射的各试验组鹌鹑的体重和增重均不同程度地高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以每天照射4 h的紫外线(照射剂量为5.6μW.h/cm2)最有利于鹌鹑体重的增长。300 ten-day aged quails (half of male and female) were randomly divided into 5 groups, in which 4 experiment groups and 1 control group, each group included 60 birds ( each sex was 30) And the experiment birds receipted treatment with different irradiation doses (time) of ultraviolet by same wavelength. The ultraviolet radiation sources were from 15W ultraviolet B radiation ( UV - B) lights. 4 experiment groups were continuously irradiated for 1 hour ( 1.4 μW · h/cm2 ) , 2 hours (2.8 μW · h/era2) , 4 hours (5.6 μW ·h/cm2) and 6 hours (8.4 μW · h/cm2) each day, respectively. The control group was not irradiated by ultraviolet radiation. The trial kept 4 weeks. The body weights and their gains of different groups were compared. The results showed that the body weights and gains of the 4 experiment groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the 4 hour of UV - B irradiation (5.6 μW ·h/cm2 ) per day was the best dose for increasing the growth of body weight.
