摘 要:根据"复等位基因遗传假说",以具有100%不育株率的大白菜核基因雄性不育系3A为不育源,采用定向转育方法,经过杂交、回交、测交、自交和兄妹交将核不育基因向可育自交系206中转育。经过连续3代定向的回交转育(以206为轮回父本),获得了具有206特征性状的青麻叶类型核基因雄性不育系,实现了复等位不育基因与园艺性状的同时转育。Directional method was designed in accordance with Multiple Allele Hypothesis for transferring genie male sterile (GMS) genes in Chinese cabbage in this paper. Crossing, backcross, selling, sibling and test cross were applied to transferring multiple alleles from 3A (genic male sterile line with 100% sterility) to 206 (male fertile selfing line, Qingmaye type) under the directional model. As a result, new multiple alleles male sterile lines similar to baekeross parent-206 in botany and economic characters were obtained, which accomplished the transfer of muhiple allele and horticultural eharaeers at the same time.
