摘　　要：随着酶在皮革工业中的应用越来越广泛,新的皮革用酶制剂不断被开发出来,其在制革过程中发挥着降低成本、提高效率、减少环境污染的作用。本文综述了酶在制革中的应用情况及研究进展。With the expanding application of enzymes in leather industry, new enzymes are continuously developed and play an important role in reducing cost,improving efficiency and reducing environmental pollution. It was reviewed that the application and research progress of enzyme in leather industry.
