摘  要:以适宜条件下制备的硅胶负载交联壳聚糖为基础,研究其对制革废水中六价铬(Cr(VI))的吸附作用。探讨了溶液的pH值、反应时间、温度、吸附剂用量对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在室温下pH为5,吸附时间1h,投加量为0.15g时其吸附性能最好,吸附率可达98%以上。In this paper, the efficiency for absorbing Cr (VI) ion by using cross-linked chitosan supported by silica gel prepared under microwave irradiation was studied. The effects of various factors, such as pH value, absorbing time, temperature and dose on the adsorption behavior for Cr(VI) ion were discussed so as to discuss the application of absorbent for water treatment. The results showed that cross-linked chitosan supported by silica gel under microwave irradiation had better adsorbing performance for Cr(VI) ion. The optimal conditions were that pH was 5, the dose was 0.15 g, and the adsorption time was 1 h in the room temperature. The treating effect of cross-linked chitosan supported by silica gel under microwave irradiation was good for Cr(VI) contained in tanning wastewater. Cr(VI) removing rate was above 98%.
