摘　　要：旨在探索市公司级烟叶产区如何优化整合物流资源,创新从企业物流到物流企业的专业化、现代化、信息化的物流管理体系的建设。结合国内物流行业发展趋势,南平烟草创新了"三烟合一"的物流管理模式,实践运作证明了该模式是科学的、先进的,可供同行借鉴。The article is about the exploration of logistics pattern for tobacco Company in tobacco leaf production area to optimize the integration of logistics resources.Professional logistics can provide modern and informationized management.Draw lessons from the trends of domestic logistics industry,Nanping Tobacco Company had created a new logistics management pattern—distribution of cigarette,tobacco leaf and materials for tobacco leaf production in one place.Practical implementation show that the model is scientific,advanced,and available for peer learning.
