摘  要:根据空间啮合理论,对摆杆从动件圆柱凸轮加工,给出了使刀具尺寸变动量在空间轮廓上引起的法向误差为最小的加工控制方法一优控法,用凸轮实际工作轮廓曲面的法线与理论轮廓的交点、建立了精确的误差计算关系,同时也给出了简便的误差近似计算公式,For the cylinder earn with the oscillating follower, by using the spatial meshing theory, the novel machining method, an optimal control method, is introduced, by which the normal profile error of the cylinder eam arising from the dimensional variation of the tool approaches to the minimum scale, The accurate formula of normal profile error of the cylinder earn is derived through the determination of the cross point of the normal of the practical profile and the theoretical curve surface of the cylinder earn, In the meantime, the simple formula to calculate the normal error's approximate value is introduced,
