摘  要:云南解化清洁能源开发有限公司解化化工分公司原有170 kt/a褐煤鲁奇纯氧加压气化制氨装置和80 kt/a焦炭UGI常压制氨装置各1套,针对焦炭价格高,制氨成本高,影响企业经济效益的问题,对褐煤加压气化制氨系统设备实施改造,填平补齐,扩大其产能后,停用焦制氨系统,原料本地化,优化了生产工艺,使合成氨生产成本得到有效控制。There have been two sets of ammonia plant, the feed gas for 170 kt/a plant is from lignite coal based Lurgi gasifier with pure oxygen pressurized gasification process, for 80 kt/a plant is from normal pressure UGI gasifier, in Jiehua Chem Company of Yunnan Jiehua Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd. To reduce the production cost of ammonia, the company have adopted a series of measures that includes revamping Lurgi gasification system, optimizing gasification process, localizing the materials, which have successfully solved the problems that bottlenecked the production capacity expansion. After renovation, the cost is effectively controlled, and the UGI gasification system is no longer needed.
