摘 要:采用自制的加工装置研制了真丝/低纤度合纤复合变形丝,分析了变形温度、速度、定形温度、时间等工艺对变形效果的影响。结果表明:在速度相同的条件下,变形温度高则变形丝的紧缩伸长率大;速度与变形效果及其稳定性有较大关系,速度大则变形丝的紧缩伸长率与紧缩弹性回复率都小;定形温度与时间对变形丝的伸缩卷曲性有影响,研究发现,以定形温度100℃、时间1.5h,产品的光泽与卷曲性佳。Silk/Low-denier synthetic fiber textured composite filaments were developed by a home-made machine. The effects of deformation temperature, velocity, setting temperature and time on deformation effect of the textured filament were investigated. The results showed that under same velocity, high deformation temperature leads to high retractility; velocity had great impact on deformation effect and its stability, high velocity would lead to low retractility; settin temperature and time also have impact on retractility. The research proved that 100℃ and 1.5h are optimized technical setting parameters.
