摘　　要：自动缫丝机绪下粒数通过生丝纤度控制系统来自动控制,当生丝纤度控制系统受到工艺、设备、环境等因素的影响时,绪下粒数会发生异常变化,为此,需要要对绪下粒数进行管理。绪下粒数管理应从绪下粒数调查与调整、工艺管理和缫丝挡车工绪下粒数管理几方面入手,以使生丝纤度控制系统尽可能处于理想的工作状态。Reeling cocoon number per thread for automatic silk reeling machine was controled by denier control system of raw silk, but control system are effected by technology equipment and environment etc sometimes reeling cocoon number per thread changed abnormally therefor reeling cocoon number per thread must be scientificly managed The control could consider investigation and adjustment of reeling cocoon number per thread technolongy management and management of reeling cocoon number per thread upon reeling operators to achieve a desired working condition.
