正交试验优选陈皮挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件

摘　　要：目的确定舒胃宁中陈皮挥发油的最佳大生产提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法对陈皮挥发油的提取工艺条件进行优选,以挥发油得率和乳化比值为评价指标。结果陈皮挥发油的最佳提取工艺为药材粉成粗粉、加6倍量水、浸泡1h、提取6h。结论最佳提取工艺可行且节约成本。Objective To obtain the optimal extraction process of volatile oil of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in Shuweining Granules. Methods Taking the rate of volatile oil and the ratio of emulsification as the evaluating indexes by orthogonal design for optimizing the optimal extrac- tion process of volatile oil from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. To investigate the effecting factors of volatile oil and obtain the optimal extrac- tion process. Results The optimal extraction process was smashing the crude drugs into coarse powder, using 6 times amount of water to soak for 3 h, then extracting for 6 h. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is feasible with cost saving.
