反全球化人士对美元霸权的理论批判及启示

摘　　要：美国主导的全球化遭到了西方部分反全球化学者的质疑和批判:美元成了美国维系其全球霸权的经济打手,浮动汇率制赋予了美国一种灵活有效的货币工具,石油美元维系着美元的霸权地位。反全球化学者对美元霸权进行的理论批判昭示我们:中国深度融入经济全球化,要维护好中国的国家利益;要警惕美元陷阱,构筑防范金融危机的防火墙;要认清美元霸权的现实危害;要培植国内金融生态,夯实人民币国际化所需要的必要基础;要相机加快人民币国际化的步伐。The America- led globalization has been questioned and criticized by some anti -globalizers in the west. The US dollar acts as an economic hatchet man for its global hegemony, the floating exchange rate system has given the United States a flexible and effective monetary instruments, and the oil dollars help the USA maintain the US dollar hegemony. This theoretical criticism has offered some enlightenment to China. That is, while deeply integrating itself into the economic globalization, China must safeguard its national interests ; guard against the US dollar traps and build a firewall against financial crises; get a clear understanding of the harm of US dollar hegemony, cultivate the domestic financial ecology and lay a solid foundation for RMB internationalization; speed up the pace of RMB internationalization.
