摘 要:介绍以8051为控制器,结合专用的SPWM集成电路,设计三相SPWM变频电源。系统主电路形式采用AC-DC-AC结构,逆变部分选用IGBT单元模块加上并联缓冲电路,输入采用三相全波不可控整流电路,提高了系统的功率因数。系统控制电路由MCS-51系列的8051单片机最小系统和SA4828三相SPWM产生器及少量的扩展外围芯片构成,使得控制系统简单可靠,使用灵活,适用性强,具有良好的应用前景。This design uses 8051 as controller and combines special- purpose SPWM integrated circuit design SPWM frequency conversion power supply. The main circuit form of the system adopts AC- DC -AC structure, the inverter part consist of IGBTS and a parallel buffer circuit. The system adopts three - phase whole wave uncontrolled rectification input circuit,improves quality of the electric which is supplied to inverter. The control circuit of the system consists of is 8051 single-chip microcomputer minimum system of MCS - 51 series and three phases SPWM generator integrated circuit SA8282 and a small amount of peripheral chip of expansion, the power supply has a good application prospect with the advantages of reliability, feasibility and adaptability.
