摘　　要：目的:研究小花远志的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、D101和Sephadex LH-20 等多种层析柱分离手段,运用NMR和MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从远志中分离并鉴定了4个酚酮化合物:telephenone A(1),telephenone B(2),telephenone D(3)和garcimangosone(4)。结论:化合物3为新的酚酮化合物,化合物1,2,4为首次从该植物中分离到。AIM： To study the chemical constituents of the whole plants of Polygala telephioides Willd.. METHODS： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified using column chromatography and the structure were determined through the analysis of spectroscopic data. RESULTS： Four compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as telephenone A （1）, telephe- none B （2）, telephenone D （3） and garcimangosone （4）. CONCLUSION： Compound 3 is a new benzophenone C-glucoside com- pounds. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
