摘 要:目的:研究固公果(Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantea(Coll.et Hemsl.)Rehd.et Wils)根中三萜类成分。方法:通过利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等色谱学分离,利用理化性质、现代波谱学以及化学沟通手段鉴定结构。结果:从固公果根乙酸乙酯层分离到9个三萜化合物,分别鉴定为白桦酸(1)、2α,3β,19β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(2)、野鸦春酸(3)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid(4)、2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid(5)、kaji-ichigoside F1(6)、野蔷薇苷(7)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oicacid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(8)、冬青苷B(9)。结论:化合物9为首次从蔷薇属植物中分离得到,化合物1-8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Rose odorata Sweet var. gigantea (Coll. et Hemsl.) Rehd.et Wils. METHODS: Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical and spectral analyses. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated from the roots of R. odorata var. gigantea and their structures were identified as betulinic acid (1), 2a, 3β, 19β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), euscaphic acid (3), 2a, 3a, 19a, 23-tetrahydroxyurs- 12-en-28-oic acid (4), 2a, 3fl, 19a-trihydroxyurs -12-en-28-oic acid (5), kaji-ichigoside F1 (6), rosamultin (7), 2a, 3a, 19a, 23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (8), and Ilexoside B (9). CONCLUSION: Compound 9 was isolated from the genus for the first time and compounds 1-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
