摘 要:目的:以超临界CO2萃取厚朴酚的副产物──厚朴油为原料,研究了分子蒸馏技术分离厚朴油的分离效果。方法:保持刮膜式分子蒸馏仪温度140℃,真空度4Pa,对厚朴油进行蒸馏。采用GC-MS法分析蒸馏产物成分,采用HPLC法对蒸馏产物中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚定量。结果:分子蒸馏的轻组分鉴定出27种成分,主要是石竹烯氧化物、香木兰烯氧化物等挥发性成分;分子蒸馏的重组分鉴定出7种成分;厚朴油共鉴定出28种成分。其中α-毕澄茄烯、β-人参烯、α-依兰油烯、τ-依兰醇、香木兰烯氧化物这5种成分为首次从厚朴中鉴定。结论:分子蒸馏技术可用于分离厚朴油中挥发性成分,对厚朴油中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚具有蒸馏及富集效果。AIM: The effect of the Cortex Magnolia officinalis oil separated by molecular distillation (MD) was analyzed by GC-MS and HPLC. METHODS: The distillation process was performed under a temperature of 140 ℃, and a vacuum degree of 4 Pa. RESULTS: 27 chemical compounds were identified in the lighter component, which mainly were volatile components such as caryophyllene oxide, aromadendrene oxide etc. 7 chemical compounds were identified in the heavy component and 28 kinds of substances were identified in the crude Cortex Magnolia officinalis Oil. Among those substances, aromadendrene, α-bergamotene, α-muurolene, t-muurolol and aromadendrene oxide were authenticated for the first time from Cortex Magnolia officinalis. CONCLUSION: It was proved that MD technology can be applied to separate the volatile parts, condense magnolol and honokiol of Cortex Magnolia officinalis oil.
