摘　　要：白介素(IL)-5主要由Th2细胞分泌,与气道的慢性炎症和高反应性有关,其在支气管哮喘的发生发展中具有重要作用。近年国内外报道的多项抗IL-5治疗的动物试验和临床研究均取得可喜成果。本文简要介绍抗IL-5治疗方案用于支气管哮喘的疗效及临床地位和研究进展。Interleukin （IL） -5, mainly secreted by T-helper type 2 （Th2）, is related to chronic airway inflammation and hyper-response. It plays an important role in bronchial asthma. Recently, some remarkable results have been achieved in anti-IL-5 therapy through a number of animal experiments and clinical trails. This review described a progress in anti-IL-5 therapy for bronchial asthma and its clinical application.
