摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高、住宅小区建设的发展以及管理信息系统在我国各行各业的深入,小区的物业管理也逐渐从一个新兴的行业走向成熟,物业管理信息系统亦应运而生。文章主要探讨了基于ArcEngine的小区物业管理系统的设计与实现,试探性地给出了系统的研究内容、主要功能,以及部分图形功能的实现:如图层控制、信息查询等。Along with the improvement of people＇s living standard, the construction of the residential district as well as the management information system in all walks of life, the estate management of the residential districts gradually develops and reaches maturity, and the estate management information system also arises at this moment. This article mainly discusses the design and the realization of community management system which was based on AreEngine. The content and the main functions of the system are discussed. In the end, parts of the map functions such as map layer controlling, information querying, etc. are accomplished.
