摘　　要：目的:优化库存结构,提高科研物资供应质量。方法:从加强库存管理等六个方面优化库存结构的库存管理方法。结论:库存周转率稳步提高,积淀库存逐渐下降,有力保障科研物资供应。Objective： Optimization the inventory structure, so as to improve the quality of materials supplying. Methods： From six aspects of enhancing inventory management, clarifying the inventory management methods in which the inventory structure is optimized .Conclusions： The rate of inventory turnover grows steadily and the sedimentary deposit descends gradually. Research materials supplying is guaranteed effectively.
